Please note that every item is custom manufactured. Our delivery timeline consists of two parts:
Production Time: Most orders are printed, cleaned, and cured within 1-3 business days. Large or complex orders may take up to 7 days.
Shipping Rates
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. Shipping is a flat rate selected during checkout, and standard shipping within Australia is free.

All prices are in Australian dollars. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Packaging
3D prints can be fragile. We take extra care to ensure your model arrives in one piece.
- Resin Prints: Wrapped in soft foam and placed in rigid boxes.
- FDM Prints: Wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in padded mailers or boxes depending on size.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If it is still missing after 24 hours, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
